This is a long overdue review. My partner and I were part of the first wave of residents to move into the newly built building. Though there were hiccups at the beginning due to delays in construction, we truly enjoyed living at Lantana.
Let it be known that the only reason why we moved was because of the constant increase in rent. We lived in a 2B/2B and even with the plan to downgrade to 1B/1B, the rent at Lantana was too high for us. Lantana’s rent for 1B/1B was more expensive for a smaller space than other apartments we looked at. Other apartments within a mile radius offered concessions that are truly hard to turn down (4-6 week free + look and lease).
We lived at Lantana for two years. While there was quite a few staff that have come and gone, all were amazing — Shannon and Ricky to name a few. The staff was responsive, communicative, and truly took the time to get to know the residents. The building hosts community events monthly with small bites, activities, and entertainment, which really made the building feel like a community. With Lantana being a smaller apartment building, living there did give a community feel which made it feel safe and secure.
The building itself is clean, easy to navigate and offers great amenities. For fur parents there’s a dog run, pet spa, and a grass area. Gym, club house, and pool area are great and didn’t ever get too crowded unless there was a private event. The bbq area also has a pizza oven which was fun to use. Parking can be tricky if you only have one spot but we managed to make it work. The building uses Latch which we had a love/hate relationship with. Any flaws (I.e., cleanliness, broken elevators, etc) in the place was rare and quickly fixed.
All in all, Lantana was a truly amazing place to live and that had a lot to do with how much care the leasing staff put into keeping it up to a high standard.

I moved into Lantana several months ago and overall am very pleased with my experience thus far. The facility is nice and modern, however what really sets it apart from other similar complexes is the staff, specifically Shannon, the community manager. I wasn't originally planning on living at Lantana, but ended up calling on a whim before signing with another complex. After talking with Shannon, I could tell that she genuinely cares so much about the well being of the residents, maintaining the property, and creating a sense of community, so I decided to sign a lease. I wanted an environment where I would have easy access to management and they would be responsive to issues as they came up. I am so happy that I met Shannon and decided to give Lantana a chance. Ricky and Clay (maintenance team) have done an awesome job responding to maintenance requests and handling repairs and other property issues quickly. There is also a new property manager Brittany who recently started; she is very nice and has made a genuine effort to get to know the residents and further improve the property. Overall, I am content and really appreciate Shannon and the core team making the living experience at Lantana so pleasant, I truly would not live here if it wasn't for them. I will update my review in the future if issues arise or their are changes in management, but as of right now, I am happy to give Lantana 5 stars! The only downside to living at Lantana is the high price, the property is not cheap and is priced significantly higher than most comparable complexes. For now, the above market price isn't a deal-breaker because the management team (Shannon, Ricky, Clay, Brittany) is so attentive and hardworking, but if that were to ever change, or rents continued to rise further than they already are, I would likely find another complex to live in.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience living here! The apartment is stunning, with high-end finishes and thoughtful details that make it feel like home. The luxury amenities are outstanding – from the state-of-the-art fitness center and relaxing pool area to the beautifully designed common spaces and convenient co-working areas. The management and staff are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to keep everything in top shape. This place truly offers the best in luxury living!
Nothing but the best service. Ricky is always prompt and professional and gets the job done. I am glad him and his team are the ones servicing Lantana because it gives us a sense of security in case anything goes wrong.
Thanks for the awesome service Ricky!!
Same day fix, with a smile and helped with another nagging sink problem. Lantana is lucky to have great staff, and Ricky exemplifies this. Thank you!!
